About Skyward - Our Approach - Our Clients - Our Credentials

Our Credentials

"There are some things that are
so serious you have to laugh at them."

Niels Bohr

We know how important it is for you to have confidence in us and our credentials. We pride ourselves on our transparent approach and are happy to discuss our training, qualifications and ethical code.

To ensure high standards, all of our coaches are qualified to the level of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and have been trained by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is independently accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Our coaches all have their own coach too, which not only puts our money where our mouth is, but ensures the objectivity of our coaching.

We are trained, qualified and licensed to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and have mentored applicants for the National Training Awards. In addition, we are an accredited training provider for sustainable development using the model established by the Professional Practice for Sustainable Development programme (PP4SD) which is endorsed by the Institution for Environmental Sciences, amongst others.

To honour our commitment to continuing professional and personal development we regularly attend training and development workshops and activities ourselves. This also ensures that we provide a service second to none and remain ahead of the game!

We have over ten years experience in learning and development. We have worked with many organisations and individuals from the public and private sectors, universities and charitable organisations, as well private individuals. For further information about our clients, please click here.
