Barriers to implementing good practice are often caused by behavioural rather than technical issues. For example, sustainable development has over 250 definitions, a fact that can lead to confused debate rather than moving forward. To overcome this, our events combine learning with practical action planning and change. No other environmental or sustainable development training programme offers this approach or our level of ongoing support

What is sustainable development?

Activities are more sustainable if they meet the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
